I've been going to The Curly Collective for years, and I can honestly say I've never had a bad haircut—ever! Matasha is an amazing hairdresser who truly knows her craft. The salon has such a friendly, welcoming vibe and always feels like a relaxing little escape. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely experience at The Curly Collective with a first time curly cut. Usually I feel apprehensive at haircuts because I have gone to hair salons that do not cater to curly hair. As soon as I walked in I saw hair stylists with the most gorgeous curls and felt much more at ease. I was given information about why curl safe products will enhance my curls and how much product to use. I didn't feel lectured at all but informed in a helpful rather than judgemental nature. Alex was amazing to chat with and she put me at ease and I enjoyed the appointment the whole time! My curls really came were more defined at the end and I was elated to leave the salon looking like a curly goddess. Thank you, The Curly Collective!

Matasha always does a fantastic job of my hair. I have been going to Matasha for four years and I can say I come out so happy with my hair every time. We applied cpr hair product for a leave in treatment which feels amazing. Thanks so much Matasha

Matasha is amazing! I don't even have curly hair but she worked wonders! As a self-identifying woman, from my experience, I feel our hair is important and related, on some level, to our image and confidence! (It's not everything...but if we can have a "bad hair day" surely we can have good ones too)! You really do form a long-term relationship with your hairdresser. There is a level of TRUST! I know someone who flies interstate to see their hairdresser!! I trust Matasha! She is incredibly professional, skilled and delivers what you request and want!

I am so glad I discovered Matasha at Curly Collective, I had my 2nd cut with her yesterday, what an amazing difference she has made to my hair. Also the Australian made shampoos and conditioner and hair products she sells are amazing, I will never use anything else. I'm sure she does great things with straight hair as well, but if you have curly hair she's definately the bomb.
